Yum yum,

Streaky bacon naan with HP brown sauce.

Streaky bacon done just on crispy, then warmed naan toasted in the bacon fat.

Going to do a full English on Wednesday.

Brown is I’ve been told is similar to your A1 sauce.

I don’t know if that’s true.  

B ut two of the greatest is

Heinz HP sauce (HP = Houses of Parliament)

and Daddies.

The HP sauce has been around since 1902, but it’s believed that Gaston actually made the sauce around 1870.

I don’t believe it’s solely a British thing, but mainly a British thing. It’s ideal sauce for pork as bacon and  sausages.

Seriously. Pop down to an ex-pat store, get some HP sauce, make a bacon buttie (buttered bacon roll). Top with brown sauce and enjoy with a nice cup of tea.

I love ham and pineapple pizza (not keen on jalapenos on it though) .

A bacon naan is not that different from a regular bacon buttie.

The perfect start, middle or end of a day.

Or a sausage, bacon and egg buttie.
